Webinar Registrations
Refund requests for webinar registrations are subject to the following conditions:
- Requests made more than 7 days before the scheduled webinar start time are eligible for a full refund
- Requests made between 3-7 days before the webinar start time are eligible for a 50% refund
- Requests made less than 3 days before the webinar start time are not eligible for refunds
- No refunds are provided after the webinar has commenced or concluded
Subscription Services
For monthly or annual subscription plans:
- Refunds may be requested within 14 days of the initial purchase date
- Refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused service time
- Renewal charges may be refunded if requested within 48 hours of the renewal date
- Subscriptions cancelled mid-cycle remain active until the end of the paid period
On-Demand Content and Recordings
Purchases of recorded webinars and on-demand educational content:
- Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no content has been accessed or downloaded
- Once content has been viewed, downloaded, or accessed, refunds are not available
- Technical issues preventing access to purchased content should be reported immediately for resolution or refund consideration
Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Promotional or discounted purchases marked as "final sale"
- Gift certificates or promotional codes
- Custom or personalized educational services
- Services that have been fully delivered or consumed
- Administrative or processing fees
Technical Issues and Service Disruptions
In the event of technical difficulties or service disruptions:
- Full refunds are provided if a scheduled webinar cannot be delivered due to platform failures
- Makeup sessions or alternative access will be offered before refunds are processed
- Partial service disruptions may result in partial refunds or service credits at our discretion
- Issues caused by user equipment, internet connectivity, or third-party services are not eligible for refunds
